EU-UK interim agreement 'certainly possible'
Negotiations for the UK's exit of the EU should be concluded by the end of 2018, says the European Parliament's chief Brexit negotiator, Guy Verhofstadt.
He tells The World At One programme that while the timetable to finalise what Brexit will look like is "tight", transitional arrangements are "certainly possible".
Mr Verhofstadt added that he was looking at options for UK citizens who want to keep EU citizenship.
