Barrow will be 'heat seeking missile' on Brexit
Sir Tim Barrow has been appointed as Britain's ambassador to the European Union. He replaces Sir Ivan Rogers, who resigned yesterday, criticising what he called the government's "muddled thinking" on Brexit.
