Jenas: 'Referees getting an MBE is ridiculous'
Jermaine Jenas is outraged at the prospect of referees receiving an MBE.
Times journalist Henry Winter believes that Mark Clattenburg should be given an MBE because he is someone "who has advertised a rare English skill of referring around the world".
Former England midfielder Jenas says such a feat would be "ridiculous", and argued there are far more deserving people working within professional football clubs that would be better suited to receiving such an honour.
