Alan Shearer has said that the Premier League has 鈥減robably been tougher than Pep Guardiola thought it was going to be.鈥�

The Manchester City boss gave an awkward interview after his side鈥檚 2-1 victory over Burnley, in which he showed clear signs of frustration.

Speaking to 5 live Breakfast, Shearer said: 鈥� I understand his tone after games because sometimes managers are frustrated and within two or three minutes of the final whistle you are thrown in front of the cameras.鈥�

鈥淗e鈥檚 finding out it鈥檚 a difficult league to play in, there are six teams that can win it and there are no walkovers,鈥� added the former England skipper.
