A real life 鈥楬eartbreak Hotel鈥� in East Sussex aims to help people 鈥済et back in the driving seat鈥� after a relationship split. Ashdown Park is offering a sanctuary for those who are trying to get over a breakup or divorce, and is the only retreat of its kind in the UK.

The woman running it is divorce and break-up coach Sara Davison and she told 5 live Drive:
