Could a shark be man鈥檚 new best friend?

A scuba diving instructor in Australia claims he has been friends with a 5鈥� Port Jackson shark for seven years now 鈥� they even give each other a hug each time they meet.

Rick Anderson said he recognizes the shark each time he dives because of her 鈥渄istinct markings鈥�.

He said: 鈥淚 came across her seven or so years ago and starting patting her, and as the seasons have rolled through, she comes up for a tickle and a cuddle.鈥�
