An election in Northern Ireland looks inevitable after Sinn F茅in refused to nominate a deputy first minister to replace Martin McGuinness.

Sir Jeffrey Donaldson, a Democratic Unionist Party MP told The World at One "it's highly regrettable that Sinn F茅in have decided to walk away from power-sharing and collapse our government."
