Finding missing girl was ‘the highlight of my career’
The story of a missing girl, who was found after being snatched from a Florida hospital as a baby 18 years ago, has captivated the world.
The woman – who had been named Kamiyah Mobley as a newborn - has now been reunited with her biological family.
She was abducted at just eight hours old by a woman who is now facing kidnapping charges.
Up All Night's Dotun Adebayo spoke to Sheriff Mike Williams, from the Jacksonville Sheriff's office. He had the privilege of breaking the news to the family that their daughter had been found and said it was a “highlight” of his career.
He said: "They were ecstatic as you can imagine and just immediately erupted in cheers of joy. I was honoured to be able to deliver that message."
