A family of President Trump supporters have spoken about how 鈥渕onumental鈥� his inauguration was for them.

Dwayne Jones told 5 live's Anna Foster the speech hit him right in the heart: 鈥淚鈥檓 in the military and the man鈥檚 going to help the veterans and get our military back together.鈥�

Christie Jones said President Trump represented the people of America.

"For so long [their] voices haven鈥檛 been heard," she said.

鈥淲hatever we鈥檝e said it鈥檚 like it鈥檚 gone on deaf ears. It finally feels like somebody鈥檚 actually going to listen to what we want.鈥�
