Michael Carrick has described Wayne Rooney’s goal-scoring record as a sensational achievement, which he fully deserves. The Manchester United midfielder revealed his admiration for Rooney’s quality and longevity as a player. Carrick added it’s particularly tough to play as many games as Rooney has over the years, especially surrounded by so much scrutiny and spotlight.
