Is baring-all good for your health?
Spending time around others with no clothes on can actually help us feel better about ourselves, according to a new study by the University of London. The study suggests those that bare-all together experience improvements in body image, self-esteem and life satisfaction.
Colin Wood is a naturist himself and runs the 鈥楴udestock鈥 festival in Doncaster. He told 5 live鈥檚 Tony Livesey he has a 鈥渂etter body image鈥 and feels 鈥渉appier鈥 after being naked around others.
He also says that 鈥渆veryone who comes [to Nudestock] enjoys it.鈥
