Tory MP prepared to rebel over Brexit
A Conservative MP who voted to trigger Article 50 has said he is willing to rebel over Brexit in the future.
Neil Carmichael, who is chair of the Commons education select committee, told Martha Kearney that "parliament is the place" to "react to events" as the government negotiates Britain's withdrawal from the European Union.
Mr Carmichael also raised the prospect of Britain having "associate membership" of the EU.
