Simone Biles: 'Women can have muscles and still be beautiful'
Four-time Olympic champion Simone Biles believes "strong is beautiful" and it is important for young women to have role models they can aspire to.
The 19-year-old gymnast says she wouldn't have won her four gold medals if it hadn't been for the physique she has.
