President Donald Trump was reported to have hung up on the Australian Prime Minister, Malcolm Turnbull. Trump called the conversation the "worst by far" of his calls with world leaders that day. This leads to a lot of questions about what is proper phone call manners.

Neville Wilshire, who runs a call centre in Swansea that featured in the 麻豆社 Three programme The Call Centre, and Daisy Buchanan, guardian journalist, discuss with Nick what the correct etiquette is when answering the phone.
