Leicester players' confidence is at rock bottom as their relationship with manager Claudio Ranieri has been "eroded" - according to Jonathan Northcroft of the Sunday Times.

Striker Shinji Okazaki recently admitted to Northcroft that the squad are "confused" as to how to cope without ball-winning midfielder N'Golo Kanté who moved to Chelsea in the summer.

"He's been changing the formation on the day of the game and telling the players two hours before. That has created discontent," added Northcroft.
