A dad of two from Cumbria has struggled to find a buyer for his 拢800,000 home since putting it on the market in December - so he's decided to try a raffle.

Dunstan has already sold over 拢305,000 worth of tickets via his website for Melling Manor in Lancashire.

If he doesn't raise around 拢500,000 the house will be repossessed by the bank. He told 5 live "we've been borrowing money to stay in the house ... We need to move on."
