Russian Paralympian Svetlana Moshkovich says it is 'unfair' that athletes with unblemished records can't compete on the world stage.

The President of the International Paralympic Committee Sir Philip Craven confirmed that the suspension, imposed on Russian athletes in August, will stay in place.

Russia was banned from last year's Rio Paralympics after revelations of systematic doping.
