Using beavers to help reduce flood risk
The Forestry Commission has put up posters advertising a meeting in Lydbrook, at which people can hear about proposals to bring beavers to the Greathough Brook in the hope of preventing flash floods.
Professor Alastair Driver, director of the charity Rewilding Britain in England and Wales, has been involved in discussions of this kind for the last thirty years.
He told Shaun Ley how beavers can be used to help.
