Rochelle Gilmore, the 2010 Commonwealth road race champion, says she was surprised Bradley Wiggins was granted a TUE'.

A Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) is a process by which an athlete can get approval to use a prescribed prohibited substance or method for the treatment of a legitimate medical condition.

Gilmore also explained that her 'very bad allergies' were declined.
