How to ruin spaghetti Bolognese
Spaghetti Bolognese, this much loved Italian dish is as traditional and unchanged as Italian food gets. Until the British got involved. The British TV chef Mary Berry has fallen foul of traditionalists, suggesting that we add white wine and cream to the much loved recipe.
