Mosul could be fully recaptured from so-called Islamic State within days
US-backed Iraqi forces fighting IS were predicting it would take another six weeks to recapture western Mosul. That is, until today. Some are now suggesting that IS's last big urban stronghold in Iraq could fall far sooner. How much of West Mosul has been secured?
