All Blacks salute record breakers England
All Blacks coach Steve Hansen has sent his congratulations to the England rugby union team and head coach Eddie Jones after they equalled their world record of eighteen successive winning matches. Hansen believed New Zealanders were genuinely happy for England and also hailed the work ethic that Jones had brought to the England set up. The All Blacks winning run included the 2015 World Cup final, but Hansen wouldn’t be drawn on who would win if the sides met tomorrow, though he thinks the game would be ‘a cracker.’ England equalled the winning streak after beating Scotland at Twickenham, claiming the Six Nations Championship in the process. They meet Ireland next week in Dublin, when they could clinch a second successive Grand Slam.
