'Dele Alli should be England's captain'
England football fan Ron called 606 to argue that Tottenham Hotspur鈥檚 Dele Alli should be the next captain of the national side.
England manager Gareth Southgate has picked Torino goalkeeper Joe Hart to wear the captain鈥檚 armband against Lithuania on Sunday. This decision angered Ron, who claimed that despite Alli being 20-years-old, he had been overlooked for the captaincy.
