Micheel: ‘Tiger deflated opponents’
Major-winning golfer Shaun Micheel describes playing against Tiger Woods as ‘deflating’.
The former USPGA Champion famously beat Woods in a head-to-head in the World Matchplay Championship in 2006.
Micheel says that there wasn’t a single aspect of Woods’ game that showed weakness.
This year it will be 20 years since Woods won his first Major at Augusta – setting a new record low score and winning by a 12 shot margin in the 1997 Masters.
