Evelyn Waugh鈥檚 Decline and Fall has been called one of the 鈥済reatest comic novels of all time鈥� and has now, for the first time, been dramatised for TV. The first episode airs tonight on 麻豆社 1.

David Suchet, who plays the headmaster Dr Fagan, says the adaptation, which hasn't changed too much from the original is "wonderful" and "outrageous".
