What is it like having Donald Trump as a neighbour?
The resort of Palm Beach, Florida, has long been a playground for America's rich.
The biggest house in town is owned by Donald Trump. The US President frequently flies in from Washington DC to relax and conduct business at Mar-a-Lago, an estate he bought and turned into a private club - the so called "Winter White House".
But locals in Palm Beach have mixed feelings about the presence of their powerful neighbour and his guests, as Luis Fajardo finds out.
