Is naked swimming good for your health?

We all know the physical benefits of swimming. But how about taking a dip without your bathing suit on? A council run pool in Cambridgeshire is offering naked mixed-sex swimming sessions, and is one of many across the UK to offer the service.

Malcolm Boura, Chairman of Mildenhall Naturist Swimming Club which is running the sessions, told 5 live鈥檚 Tony Livesey naked swimming is 鈥渕ore comfortable, there鈥檚 a great sense of freedom, it鈥檚 good for and it鈥檚 fun.鈥�
