From today Facebook will feature alerts warning about fake news. The campaign is designed to help people become more discerning readers.

Today's Nick Robinson reports on how these tips and tools can benefit users in spotting fake news.

Richard Allan, Facebook鈥檚 director of policy in Europe, told Nick the website "recognises public concern" over the quality of information and as a "responsible platform wants to help people navigate that".
