Paula Radcliffe: make doping a criminal offence

Marathon world record holder Paula Radcliffe has called for harsher penalties for drug cheats, especially those involved in elite road racing. Radcliffe says doping should be made a criminal offence, making it easier for authorities to investigate and prosecute suspected cases of drugs cheating.
