Litter campaigner Danny Lucas takes a tour of his local area in Kent to show why he believes the county has become the "cesspit of England."

Danny told 5 live: 鈥淵ou can鈥檛 walk more than three feet and there it is. If you see it you add to it, it鈥檚 a culture problem. Until you get people to realise the authorities care as well then they鈥檒l just add to it.鈥�

鈥淚鈥檓 in the garden of England but it鈥檚 like the cesspit of England, it鈥檚 a real shame, it鈥檚 just everywhere.鈥�

鈥淚t鈥檚 about setting standards; it鈥檚 not about leaving it and saying we haven鈥檛 got the budget.鈥�

People who drop litter could be fined up to 拢150 and fly-tippers could be forced to clean up their own rubbish under new government plans to tackle littering.
