The mother who gave her son鈥檚 heart away

The mothers of two teenage boys who never knew each other have told 麻豆社 5 live how the death of one boy extended the life of the other by 13 years.

Sue Burton made the decision to donate her son Martin's heart after he died from a brain haemorrhage. The donated organ enabled Linda McCay son Marc to live for a further 13 years.

Linda told 5 live鈥檚 Adrian Chiles about the moment when her son, Marc, met Sue.
