One voter believes a "Brexit" general election will re-open divides on social media that had just begun to heal after the EU referendum.

Ian Brown from Bolton told 5 live: 鈥淲hat we do on social media is we post our opinions and we very rarely change other people鈥檚.鈥�

鈥淲e are in entrenched positions shouting at each other and that can get unpleasant at times.鈥�
