Alex Corbisiero puts together a quick freestyle rap about the British and Irish Lions tour to New Zealand for Ugo Monye and Chris Jones on 5 live's Rugby Union Weekly.

Former Lions prop Corbisiero is well known for his rapping ability and was asked to perform one on the spot at Twickenham.

Ugo Monye said: "As a human being you’re a wonderful man, you're very funny, very articulate and you’re an incredible rapper.

"Can you put together a quick rap about your thoughts and feelings about the Lions going to New Zealand please?"

Corbisiero accepted the challenge, finishing with the line: "Soon they’re going to lift it, it ain’t going to stop it, Lions on the mic and Lions on the topic."

The former England prop went on tour with the Lions in 2013, scoring a try in their series-deciding third Test against Australia.

The Lions won the match 41-16 and claimed a 2-1 series win over the Wallabies.
