In his new 'anti-cookbook', A Plagiarist in the Kitchen, the food writer Jonathan Meades asserts that there is no new cooking - all dishes are merely borrowed from previous recipes. Moreover he states that culinary 'authenticity' is an overrated concept invented for public relations purposes. He spoke to Weekend's Paul Henley.
