How I calculated 100bn Brexit bill figure
The EU's chief negotiator Michel Barnier has refused to discuss the size of the bill Britain might face before leaving the EU, suggesting that journalists they should be able to work it out for themselves.
Alex Barker, a journalist for the Financial Times did just that, finding that the likely bill would be 100bn euros. He told Edward Stourton how he reached that figure.
