Kevin Bacon: State of the film industry is 'painful'
Kevin Bacon has said writers going to TV shows has 'elevated' the medium over film.
The actor who starred in films like Footloose, A Few Good Men and JFK is currently starring in Amazon series I Love Dick. He told 5 live's Sarah Brett the roles which he could get and is 'interested in' are 'few and far between' in films.
He also said as a 'movie consumer' the state of the industry is 'painful' to him.
