Alfie the beagle has been eating chips, treats and leftovers for too long - the porky pup weighs 4st 10lbs and is nearly two stone overweight. His worried owner Emily Simcox has entered him into a PDSA pet slimming competition, where he will take on a strict six month diet and excercise regime to lose his furry flab. Competition will be fierce though - three fat cats, a rotund rabbit and another hefty hound are also on a mission to be crowned the biggest loser.
