Andrew Gwynne, the Labour Party鈥檚 general election co-ordinator, on the party's manifesto

A draft of Labour's general election manifesto has been leaked, including plans to nationalise parts of the energy industry and scrap tuition fees.

According to the draft, Labour would spend an extra 拢8bn on social care over the next Parliament, refuse to make "false promises" on immigration and ban so-called zero hours contracts.

Andrew Gwynne, the Labour party鈥檚 general election co-ordinator, discusses some of the promises made in the leaked manifesto.
