'£4-5bn needed to keep NHS going' says health boss
New figures show that waiting times for a number of key NHS services in England were the worst in five years, in the year to the end of March.
Saffron Cordery of NHS Providers, a body representing some NHS trusts in England, says an extra £4bn - £5bn is needed to meet the increasing pressures on hospitals.
