Labour leader just announcing 'collective' policy
The Labour leader, Jeremy Corbyn, has delivered a major speech on defence and foreign policy - insisting that he is not a pacifist and would order the use of military action as a last resort.
Fabian Hamilton, from Labour's shadow foreign affairs team, told Radio 4's The World at One that people should not be "sceptical" about his leader having a change of heart, because all he was doing was "announcing a policy which has been collectively agreed by the party" who elected him.
