The Chancellor has said there is a 拢58 billion black hole in Labour鈥檚 spending plans

The Chancellor Philip Hammond has said there is a 拢58 billion black hole in Labour鈥檚 spending plans in their manifesto that was launched yesterday.

Mr Hammond said Jeremy Corbyn's numbers "do not make sense".

He also said media reports of clashes between himself and Theresa May's aides are "media tittle tattle".
