Has Trump broken fundamental rule on secrets?
Former chair of the Intelligence and Security Committee Sir Malcolm Rifkind has said claims that President Trump's passed on classified information to Russia is "extremely serious".
Mr Rifkind told Radio 4's World At One, that if true, British intelligence officials would feel reluctant to pass on sensitive material.
"The last thing we want is a crisis in the relationship with our sister intelligence agencies in the United States," Sir Malcolm said.
