Ian Wright: Beating Lineker to golden boot 'best day of my life'
Ian Wright says beating Gary Lineker to the golden boot was the "best day of my life".
The former Arsenal striker was reminiscing back to 1992 and his final day on the season shootout with Lineker for the award, where he pipped the Tottenham striker by one goal.
Wright said: "I was absolutely delighted. It was brilliant, because he's [Gary Lineker] my hero.鈥�
