Ex-Ireland coach says Brian O鈥橠riscoll feared death when he was spear-tackled in 2005.

O鈥橠riscoll was carried off on a stretcher with a dislocated shoulder just minutes into the opening test against the All Blacks in Christchurch.

New Zealand鈥檚 Tana Umaga and Keven Mealamu were the culprits and O鈥橲ullivan suggested not everyone has moved on. 鈥淚t will be a talking point for a long, long time. It won鈥檛 go away because there was no apology and no justice鈥� he said.
