A policeman who danced with young fans at the One Love Manchester benefit concert tells 5 live鈥檚 Tony Livesey he was 鈥渕ore than happy to help the public have a good time.鈥� The video of PC Paul Taylor dancing to Justin Bieber went viral, and Paul says it shows the police 鈥渄o have a human side.鈥�
