I can't guarantee all London 2017 athletes will be clean – UK Athletics chairman

UK Athletics chairman Ed Warner says there is no guarantee every athlete competing at this year's World Championships in London will be clean.

Warner said: "I would never say they are a clean championships because the minute you do that your guard is down and you are complacent."
