Should pre-marital sickle cell testing be mandatory?

Some in Nigeria are calling for mandatory sickle cell testing before marriage. The health commissioner in Sokoto State, Dr. Balarabe Kakale, says they would back such a law if there was widespread support. He puts his argument to Bola Mosuro.
