Care home inadequate rating 'devastating'
A care home provider whose two homes have been rated inadequate has said the report was unfair and families are "happy with the care that is given".
Anne Going, who runs St Michael's House and St Michael's Lodge in Northampton, told Mark Mardell the report was wrong to say that residents were not treated with "dignity and respect".
"We've been here 31 years and never received anything like that."
She said she was "devastated" with the rating which she blamed in part to a lack of "sufficient funds" to cover costs.
