The story behind the transgender flag
Monica Helms served in the US Navy in the 1970s and also designed the blue, pink and white transgender flag. She's been at the forefront of the campaign to allow transgender people to serve in the military. Monica spoke to Weekend about the origins of the flag and President Trump's transgender ban.
