The terms of reference for the Grenfell Tower fire inquiry "could be wide enough", Joe Delaney from the Grenfell Action Group has said.

But he told the World at One: "I don鈥檛 see why it would take as long as 14 September to get things rolling."

Mr Delaney added that "if the political will was there" then things could be done to speed up the process.
